President
Patterson Adjei
Patterson Adjei is a Ph.D. student in Instructional Technology at ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµ, originally from Ghana. He brings a rich background in student leadership, having served in various capacities across three continents—Africa, Europe, and North America.
In North America for instance, he served as President of the African Students Union, Vice President of the Instructional Technology Scholars Association, and Commissioner of Appropriations in Student Senate at ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµ.
His academic and professional work centers on digital internationalization and building global educational networks using AI and technology. As President-Elect of the Graduate Student Senate, Patterson is passionate about championing inclusive leadership and advancing policies that support graduate student success.

Carolina A. Herrera Céspedes

Carolina A. Herrera Céspedes is a second-year doctoral student in Health Communication whose work examines how risk and uncertainty communication influence public health in urban environments, especially in Latin America. She brings a strong public service record, having served as Commissioner for Latine Affairs in the Graduate Student Senate, and has collaborated with NGOs, universities, and community organizations in Ecuador. With dual master’s degrees in Strategic Corporate Communication and Urban Studies, plus a B.A. in Organizational Communication, Carolina is passionate about building bridges across disciplines, cultures, and communities to spark dialogue and collective action.

Moses K. Henaku
Moses K. Henaku is a Ph.D. student in chemical engineering at ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµ, serving as a Research Assistant with a passion for innovation and sustainability. Moses earned his Bachelor’s degree in Petrochemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana. His journey reflects a commitment to excellence and global impact. He strives to contribute impactful solutions in energy and environmental systems with the goal of inspiring the next generation of engineers and people from less privileged backgrounds.
