Add an In-Person Course to Your Schedule
Gather weekly on campus with a small group of students for a half-credit seminar to help you get acclimated to campus and meet new people. Email FYRST-Office@ohio.edu to sign up!
Ohio Food Benefits criteria have expanded, so more students are eligible. Students who qualify receive up to $200 every month that can be spent at grocery stores or the farmer’s market. You may be eligible if the Financial Aid Award Summary in your OHIO Student Center indicates you are work-study eligible and/or have a zero expected family contribution.

Educate Yourself About Racism
Participate in a nine-week virtual book discussion based on Robin DiAngelo's "What Does it Mean to Be White?" You will explore the threads of racism across this country and their impact on your worldview. Email Dr. Sam Christopher to get involved; discussions begin March 2.
Report Sexual Assault
COVID-19 safety compliance or drug and alcohol use should not impact your decision to report sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating/domestic violence, or stalking. OHIO's priority is that you are heard, supported and receive the guidance and resources.
Know Your Water is Safe
Some Bobcats have followed up with concerns about OHIO conducting . Rest assured, these tests are conducted on sewage waste that has already left your facility. There is a 0% risk of contamination to your drinking water with COVID-19.
