ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ approves two policies, invites feedback on draft policies

The ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ Executive Staff Policy Committee (ESPC) and OHIO President Lori Stewart Gonzalez have given their approval to two interim policies and placed three other draft policies up for community review.
The ESPC gave its approval on Sept. 23, 2025, and President Gonzalez gave final approval on Sept. 26, 2025, to extend the interim status of policy 02.002: Banning and place policy 03.004: Sexual Harassment and Other Sexual Misconduct in interim status:
- 02.002: Banning - This policy identifies circumstances that may preclude a person's continued presence on property owned, leased, or operated by ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ. Additionally, this policy establishes a process to be used for a person's immediate removal from University property, and/or forbidding their return for a specified period of time. Such processes need not be followed in cases of persons prohibited from entering University property pursuant to criminal or civil sanction of a court of law.
- 03.004: Sexual Harassment and Other Sexual Misconduct Policy - ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ is committed to providing a workplace, educational environment, and programs and activities free from sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct.
For more information on these and other ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ polices, see the University Policy website.
