We wanted to inform you of a change in dates regarding the FY25 fund balance roll-forward process. As outlined in the FY25 Balance Rollforward Process communication dated July 28, 2025, the planned date for rolling forward fund balances for FY26 in OBI was August 9, 2025. However, the new schedule for balance rollforward is as follows:

• On August 9^th, rollforward balances will be available in OBI for these accounts:
  • University Agency Accounts (including student organizations) which are accounts that begin with Entity 8X
  • Grants and related Cost Share accounts
• On August 16^th, rollforward balances will be available in OBI for these accounts:
  • All other accounts for both the University and Foundation

We encourage you to review your balances as they are rolled forward and if you have questions, please reach out to your CFAO. We appreciate your attention to this update and your ongoing collaboration.
