This schedule is for the Relocate Day 2025 program available for students relocating from an OHIO Regional Campus to the Athens Campus. Details are Subject to change.

| 9:00 - 9:15 am | Relocate Day Welcome and Program Overview Meet the Orientation Team and learn about what to expect throughout the day. This session is required to confirm your participation in the day. | 9:15 - 9:50 am | Thriving at OHIO The Office of the Dean of Students will share resources and strategies to help you thrive both academically and personally at OHIO. You’ll also learn about the expectations the university holds for all Bobcats. | Microsoft Teams link on Student Schedule |
| 9:50 - 10:20 am | Financial Aid Representatives from the Financial Aid office will talk through how this transition may impact your financial aid. They’ll also share important deadlines and information to know in your transition. | Microsoft Teams link on Student Schedule |
| 10:20 - 11:00 am | Services to Know Representatives from the Registrar’s Office, Bursar’s Office, Transportation and Parking Services, Housing and Residence Life, and the Office of Information Technology will share valuable information to know in your transition. | Microsoft Teams link on Student Schedule |
| 11:00 am - 12:00 pm | Connect with Housing and Residence Life As you navigate the physical move to Athens, Housing and Residence life is not only here to support you but is a vital office to connect with. | 12:00 - 1:00 pm | Lunch Break No Academic Advising appointments will be scheduled during this time. | N/A |
| 11:00 am - 5:00 pm | Academic Advising and Course Registration Connect with advisors to review academic requirements and receive guidance on course registration.
