In the summer of 2023, Field School in Ohio Archaeology students found prehistoric evidence dating all the way back to hunters and gatherers known as the Clovis culture.

Student Research Examples
Rachel Thomas '14HTC participated in the American Academy in Rome Summer School in June 2013. She also presented a paper at the Center for Hellenic Studies Undergraduate Research Symposium in Washington, DC on "Pliny's Epistulae: Letter 9.14 and the amicitia-arc" in April 2013.
In summer 2013, Paige Musselman participated in the Poggio Civitate excavation sponsored by the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (Tuscany); she was invited to return this summer. Musselman is currently enrolled in ÃÛèÖÊÓÆµ College of Fine Arts program in Museum Studies.
Matt MacDonald wrote "Pre-Dynastic Palettes." Jennifer Schawe wrote "Mormons and the American Environment," and Ellen Bryant wrote "The Olympeion at Akragas."
