Effective April 1, 2024, CVS Caremark will expand the Maintenance Choice Program nationally to include Kroger and Costco affiliated pharmacies.

ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ’s Professional Development Pathways program is pleased to announce a new series of supervisory skills workshops. 

Although the cost of ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ’s healthcare premiums benefits is expected to once again increase by approximately 9 percent in fiscal year 2025, the University will cover all cost escalation and will not increase premiums for faculty and staff.

This week, University Human Resources will be mailing IRS Form 1095-C to employees who were eligible for health insurance benefits last year. 

ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ has updated its Parental Leave Program to better assist OHIO’s benefits-eligible faculty, administrators and bargaining unit staff.

ÃÛèÖÊÓƵ has made several changes to compensation policy and processes during FY24 as the University continues its focus on competitive compensation and support of faculty and staff.

Minors on Campus faculty/staff training will be held on Feb. 22 and March 25.

Effective January 1, 2024, the minimum wage in Ohio for non-tipped employees will increase to $10.45 per hour.

Winter break closure will simply include three holidays and three days paid by the University.

OHIO’s Employee Service Center (ESC) will move from its current location at Lindley Hall to the third floor of Grosvenor Hall on Monday, November 13, 2023.
